Trial and Error
Have you ever picked up a cake recipe and thought this looks as easy as pie to make and it doesn’t quite work out that way? Well, I am with you on that one, as much as you follow a recipe it doesn’t work out every time. I am sure if you watch programmes like GBBO you will know that is the case… it is all about trial and error.
My blogs talk through some recipes that I have tried and tested. I discuss my experience of making the tasty delights, some have worked out ok and there are some (many) where I have felt like admitting defeat and want to start over with even though I have followed the recipe to a T and it still hasn’t worked out. So I feel your frustrations of baking but hopefully you can learn from my experiences too.
